Inspired

Recently I stumbled upon this ladies work...Susie Cowie. I just love the intricate and delicate nature of her work, which makes it looks oh so fragile, which I think adds to its precious qualities. She's teaching an embroidery class in France for a week in June, which sounds divine. Maybe next year I'll take the opportunity to go to learn more about embroidery, whilst basking in the sunshine and drink wine to fuel my inspiration, although I'm not sure how conducive some of that is to making work!
